Bombardier Bid Fails

I’m glad to see that the TTC is going to force the sole bidder for its streetcar contract resubmit its bid. Bombardier has gotten a lot of TTC contracts and it has created the impression that the Commission has a one-track mind (pun semi-intended) when it comes to rail stock suppliers. I’m happy that a Canadian firm can get this sort of contract, but they still need to earn the tax money we will pay them.
